The main house has over 200sq meter of interior space and is decorated to a very high standard with mainly teakwood furniture. The villa has all modern comforts and every room have air-conditioner installed. The villa stands in beautifully landscaped grounds and comprises two main buildings. The villa itself which has two bedrooms, a living room with TV/DVD (cable TV gives access to most international channels) and a study with computer/internet/ fax access.
The villa's kitchen has all modern facilities such as microwaves, 
ovens, coffee
making machines and toasters. All kinds of table ware and glasses are available
and are of the highest quality. Barbecue facilities can also be arranged if
required. Behind the kitchen is a laundry room with washer, dryer and iron for
the maid to take care of your laundry.Another smaller building on the compound
houses the villa manager and staff.
The property lies in Siriporn Village about 5 Kilometer of the outskirts of
Chiang Mai close enough to town to be able to go in for dinner and yet far
enough to be in the countryside. It is just 10-20 Minutes away from Green Valley
Golf Club, Lanna Golf Club and Royal Chiang Mai Golf Club.There is a large
swimming pool in Siriporn Village that you could reach from the house by
walking.Around the pool is a deck that can be used for sunbathing or sipping
cocktails in the evening overlooking the paddy fields.
Bedrooms
The two bedrooms are upstairs with balconies for your private breakfast.The large balconies that can be used for Thai traditional massage or just relaxing over a drink overlooking the villages nearby. The bedrooms consist of decorative hand made teakwood furniture and ceramics lamps from Northern Thailand. Both bedrooms suite has terracotta tiles bathrooms with hot water, shower and toilet. 
The study room is ideal for anyone wishing to do some serious work or write a book and has a computer with Internet access, a printer and a fax machine which most businessmen will find more than adequate. The study room has a bed-sofa and can also serve as a extra bedroom for your kids or guests
